Lauralyn "Laurie" Kazimir is a Florida-licensed real estate broker and the co-owner of Four Sails Real Estate, a boutique brokerage serving Sarasota County's coastal communities. With more than twenty years in real estate and over 3,000 transaction sides closed, Laurie brings a depth of practical experience that few agents anywhere can match — spanning residential sales, waterfront and luxury properties, land, and investment transactions.
Her approach is unapologetically analytical. Laurie studies markets the way an engineer studies systems: she reads the data, understands the mechanics underneath it, and gives clients clear, honest assessments instead of vague optimism.
