Four Sails Real Estate was founded on a simple belief: real estate should be personal. When you work with us, you work directly with the owners — Laurie and Christian Kazimir. No assistants screening your calls, no layers between you and the people doing the work.
With over 20 years of experience and more than 3,000 transaction sides closed, we've built our reputation on local expertise, honest guidance, and the kind of follow-through that turns clients into lifelong friends. Many of our clients have worked with us across multiple transactions — and many more have come to us through referrals from people who trust us with their most important investments.
We specialize in coastal and waterfront properties radiating from our home on Manasota Key — Casey Key, Englewood, Venice, Nokomis and Osprey, Rotonda West, Boca Grande, Wellen Park, and greater Sarasota, with additional coverage in coastal Charlotte and northern Lee counties. We know these communities intimately because we live here, and we bring that knowledge to every conversation.
